Legal Basis on the Gathering and Treatment of Personal Data
The gathering of personal data has the purpose of managing the contractual relationship with the professional user, being the data gathering made to allow the platform management and online service scheduling.
Bystart, Lda. will handle the User’s personal data for Service execution effects and appointments made on the chosen Professional Users, respecting the applicable legislation. The Users personal data may be used to provide the Professional User important information about the Service the User intends to use, such as appointment request, alteration or service cancelation.
Bystart, Lda. may perform periodical electronic communication with the User with the intend to inform it about technical services, safety issues or confirm the execution of the requested Service. The contact with the User is an intrinsic part of the Service provided by Ongenda. It won’t be possible for the User to cancel the reception of this type of messages, because those are considered essential to provide the contracted service.
Additionally, with the Users consent, may be sent other Ongenda Service information. Bystart, Lda. will not communicate at any moment, the Users personal data, to third parties, without its consent.
Bystart, Lda. provides limited services on Ongenda’s behalf such as, hosting pages from the Website, sending electronic mail or SMS to the User, service invoicing process, among other services, not recurring to external companies. Bystart, Lda. is obliged to keep total confidentiality of processed information and will not use the information for other purposes.

We gather data of two types of users: Professional User and Final User.
Professional User: The data is used to manage the subscription with Ongenda.
Final User: The data is used to manage the online scheduling process (user’s identification) and memos on appointments.

Whenever needed, Bystart, Lda. will request the User information that identify him personally (“personal data”) and that allow to contact you to fulfil the contracted Service, to provide requested information or to register at Ongenda.
